Tired of a belly-full of carbs creating a mid-afternoon lull? With pre-packaged, healthy meals from HighQ Foods, you can stay energised all day.
To get your meals delivered to your workplace simply:

- Get your order emailed to High Q Foods by 2 p.m. the day before.
- E-transfer the total owing to alan@highqfoods.com
Then, we deliver a healthy, delicious meal to your office between 11:30 and noon the following day. After that, all that’s left for you to do is ENJOY!
Wednesday's Menu
Pick your Pork
Stir Fry. Skip the added carbs of rice/noodles and go straight for the good stuff with our stir fry – Oh my! Starting with fresh ginger and garlic we build a base of flavour before adding tender pork and sautéed vegetables, then top it off with organic soy sauce for that rich umami. But, what’s under it you ask? Cauliflower… rice!
Mac and Cheese. Our cauli mac and cheese stands head and noodles – we mean shoulders – above that blue and yellow boxed macaroni (not that we’re pointing any fingers). Made with an ooey-gooey four-cheese sauce, ground pork and beef mixed, and, drum roll please… cauliflower noodles. You won’t miss the “mac” in this mac and cheese we promise.
Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin. Broek Pork, Naked Bacon and Crystal Springs Cheese collide in one dish. What more is there to ask for? But, of course, we do give you more. Stuffed with fresh mushrooms and topped with a pepper/dijon gravy (made from potato starch), we’ve packed in plenty more flavour within the tenderloin itself. To finish, we add a side of broccoli absolutely smothered in our house-made cheese sauce.
Thursday's Menu
Pizza, Pizza Pizza!
These 8” individual pizzas are cauliflower crust and very filling!
Mediterranean. Sea as blue as the sky, balmy breezes, and that gorgeous Mediterannean light are just some of the things that don’t come on this pizza – which is probably for the best. Instead, we stack up grilled chicken marinated in Greek yogurt and lemon, then top it with a house-made tzatziki sauce, feta cheese and olives.
Mexican. Head south for pizza – really far south. We pile house-made chorizo on our cauliflower crust, then top it with our own pico de gallo, mozzarella cheese and chipotle mayo.
Bacon Cheeseburger. Bacon + Cheese + Burger = awesome. And that’s true even when you use run-of-the-mill ingredients. But that’s not how we work. Instead, we start with our house-made, nitrate-free naked bacon, then add ground beef, low carb burger sauce and delicious cheddar cheese. So good you won’t miss the bun.
Friday's Menu
Chicken 3 ways
Chicken Parm. Who needs noodles with their chicken parm? Not us. We make this classic our own by mixing those high-carb noodles, and substituting in more flavour with spaghetti squash (or sometimes zucchini) to keep those carbs down. Then, to make things even more interesting, we ‘bread’ the chicken breast in bacon puffs before dousing it with our house-made marinara sauce.
Chicken Greek Salad. Usually, the salad’s the ‘healthy choice,’ but, in this company it’s simply another meal – good thing it’s delicious! Grilled, marinated chicken serves as the foundation (even though it’s on top) of this meal, then we add bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives and a house-made Greek dressing.
Curry Chicken. Our take on Thai curry, we cook our chicken in a mild coconut curry sauce until done to perfection. But, if you’re feeling more adventurous, we can pump up the volume a bit for a little more spice. Then we serve it over a bed of cauliflower rice to really round out the dish.
