Food Mentoring & Consulting – Does your diet control you? Whether you have Type 2 diabetes, want to lose weight, or simply want to maintain your ideal weight, I can help you find a sustainable way forward.

Cooking classes – A great way to really get to know someone, and walk away with a delicious treat. I supply all the ingredients, the know-how and the direction to get you sizzlin’ in the kitchen Great for a night out or for team building exercises. Classes hold up to 8 people. Or arrange your own group of at least 6 people and we can work out a date together. Great for office outings or just an excuse to get together with friends for a fun and educational evening.
